Inlegmash 2019
From 19th to 22nd of March Cormatex will exhibit at Inlegmash 2019 in Moscow showing innovative technologies for Woollen Spinning and Nonwovens. Inlegmash exhibition reached its 19th edition and confirms to be one of the most important textile machinery exhibition in Russia. With more than 30.000 textile companies, an increase of textile production over 5% and increase of turnover of textile manufacturers over 11% in 2018, Russian market continues to be a very interesting opportunity for Cormatex business development.
Concerning Woollen Spinning, our long experience in this sector has been recently focused on cashmere processing as well as other high quality fibers such as extre-fine wool, alpaca, vicuna, llama and so on. Very interesting for Russian market and former Soviet Union Countries is Cormatex unique wool deburring machine, a pure mechanical process to remove vegetable impurities from raw wool without damaging wool fiber and with zero environmental impact.
Nonwoven market instead is moving towards recycling solutions and lower production costs. Cormatex technology offers both these advantages thanks to the 2 Airlay systems we developed: “Lap Formair V” (an Airlay system producing a perfectly Vertical fiber orientation in the final product) with a very wide weight range up to 10.000 gsm and excellent resiliency and thermal and acoustic insulation properties and “Lap Formair H” (a unique Airlay system creating a perfectly Horizontal fibers orientation in the final product) providing high mechanical properties even at low weights (100 gsm) and capable of processing very short fibers as well as powder resin.
