CINTE TECHTEXTIL 2018

From 4 to 6 of September Cormatex will exhibit at CINTE TECHTEXTIL 2018 in Shanghai, the Asian leading biennial trade fair for technical textile and nonwoven products.

The 2016 show, saw a record-breaking of 480 exhibitors from 26 countries and regions.

With the rapid growth of Chinese market, the demand for technical textile is increasing. That’s why we are expecting that the current edition will be visited by many of the most important companies in nonwoven business.

As a pioneer in the field of complete production lines for nonwovens based on staple fibres and recycled materials, Cormatex will present its latest developments in airlaying technology and a variety of recycled products that can be manufactured with its systems.

The main advantage of  both our Airlay systems (called “Lap Formair V” and “Lap Formair H”) is a very high flexibility in terms of fibers and materials that can be processed, thus giving a competitive advantage to our customers in adapting their production to the market demand.

In particular, our “Lap Formair H” as the possibility to use powder resins instead of conventional low melting fibers so that to produce nonwoveon materials with special mechanical and fire proof performance for the automotive industry and other applications.

• opening and blending systems for virgin fibres, post-industrial and post-consumer waste materials; carding and crosslapping technology;
