Non-woven line with 2.6 m wide Lap Formair H horizontal airlay for sheep wool panels for thermal and acoustic insulation in Building & Construction sector.
Objective
Target of this project was to replace existing old production lines with our new Airlay technology to provide higher throughput and better weight control by also reducing the % of low melting fiber. The target was completely achieved giving the opprotunity to our customer to develop a high performing insulating material with only 5% bico fiber content, with a productivity up to 1200 kg/h
