Process flow
Structure
Entirely in steel with basements sized and structured for the highest speeds and for dimensions up to 15 meters of finished product. Machine certified to EC standards.
Web Transport System
High production speed is obtained by means of conveyors, arranged in a sandwich pattern (double belt web transporting system); they hold and guide the web throughout the whole run until the web is deposited on the floor apron. This system prevents any undesirable web tensioning and minimises the effects caused by the air turbulences due to mass displacement during web laydown. This function is very important at high speed and when very light webs are handled.
Scheduled configuration of the flaps – “profile” system
The (patented) Profile system allows continuous and programmed adjustment of the veil on the unloading belt. Every compensation zone is individually monitored by a sophisticated programmer who controls the progress of the wagons, operating in real time. The configuration of the strata is repeatable and temporary corrections are possible. Graphic visualization through diagrams can be reproduced on video of easy reading.
