Card feeding system designed to maximise fibre density control both longitudinally and across the whole machine width, thus optimising the quality and efficiency of the following carding phase.
The fibre compacting pressure is kept under under tight control by means of independently adjustable pressure switches, one assembled on the top and one on the bottom chamber, both working within very narrow pressure value variation. The fibres are accurately opened and laid down so as to create a homogenous fibre lap, thanks to a specially controlled air system.

- Top and bottom chamber with fixed walls and inspection window
- Special ducting and controlled suction of the excess of air
- Pressure switch on the fiber feed channel, to control fiber feed quantity
- Differential pressure switch assembled on the bottom chamber, to control fibre filling rate and its even distribution across the machine width
