This device can spray any kind of liquid chemical to
the fibre blend in the opening and blending section. It consists of two stainless steel tanks, each having a capacity of 200 litres. The pump installed above the tanks process the liquid chemical alternatively from each tank. The machine is designed for the automatic and continuous spraying of chemicals of various tipe (FR, antifungal, sizing agent, …) to any type of fibre blend. The device guarantees a very homogeneus distribution of product on the material. The machine is totally made of stainless steel and equipped with electric eyes, which will enable to spray just when the fiber is flowing through the pipe.
Process flow
The liquid prepared in the tanks (01) is delivered under pressure to the chamber (05) by the pump (02). The spray/injection nozzles (04) spray the liquid homogeneusly onto the fiber blend as it is pneumatically conveyed into the chamber through the feeding duct (03), and subsequently directed to the outlet, ready for the next steps.
